Good hosts are social, sober enough, and comfortable saying no.
V1 host work is small and manual. Hosts must be 20+, nightlife-aware, and willing to end a night if a guest ignores boundaries.
Pay target:
Start at ¥4,000-¥6,000/hour plus transport for beta shifts, then adjust once bookings repeat.
